On-Device Interaction History

To provide personalized recipe recommendations, Umai maintains a local history of your interactions with the app (such as viewed or selected recipes).

This interaction history:

• Is stored only on your device
• Is never transmitted off the device
• Is not associated with your identity
• Can be removed by deleting the app

The interaction history is used solely to improve in-app recommendations, including the Surprise feature.

Third-Party Services

Umai does not use third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking technologies. No data is shared with third parties.

Children’s Privacy

Umai does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. Because no personal data is collected, the app is safe for general audiences.

Data Security

Since Umai does not collect or transmit user data, there is no external data storage or server-side processing. All app functionality runs locally on your device.

Your Control

You remain in full control of your data. Any locally stored interaction history can be cleared by deleting the app from your device.
